Merchants and Home Chefs

Relevant customer and order information may be provided to the merchant or home chef responsible for preparing an order.

Merchants must treat customer information as confidential and use it only for legitimate order fulfilment and other legally permitted purposes.

Delivery Partners

Information necessary to collect and deliver an order may be provided to delivery partners or third-party delivery service providers.

Payment Service Providers

Transaction-related information may be provided to banks, payment gateways, payment processors and other financial service providers where necessary to process payments, settlements, chargebacks or refunds.

Misuse of customer information may result in account suspension or termination and other action available to MAK-Online under its agreements, policies or applicable law.

15. BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND DATA PROTECTION
